Exhibitor and Sponsor Options

Exhibitor’s Table: A full table or equivalent space may be rented for $100.00. A half table may be rented for $65. Tables are available for two days (Friday and Saturday). Purchase of Exhibitor’s Table alone does not include registration for conference sessions, however. Let us know if you need more than one table.

Exhibitor’s Space: If you do not need a table, but need space for an exhibit/display, please call or email to arrange the right amount of space for your specific needs.

Friday & Saturday Refreshment Sponsorships: Once each morning and afternoon refreshments, such as pastries and muffins, fruit juices, coffees and teas are provided for registered attendees during a half-hour break. A Refreshment Sponsor may provide a product display centerpiece among the food items and distribute promotional literature. This Sponsorship is acknowledged in the Meeting Program Packet and receives a complimentary Exhibitor’s table and one pass to all conference sessions except the banquet. (Banquet tickets may be purchased additionally for $36 each prior to February 28, 2010.) Refreshment Sponsorships are $500 for each break. Ask us about a discount for sponsoring more than one break.
Reserve Break Sponsorship

Evening Reception Sponsorship: Following the Thursday evening session, a standing reception with finger foods and non-alcoholic beverages serves the registered attendees. Attendees usually visit for upwards of an hour during the Reception. The Reception Sponsor may make a brief presentation, provide a product display centerpiece among the food items, distribute promotional literature, and pursue other promotional activities agreed upon in advance with the Executive Director and Meeting On-Site Coordinator. This Sponsorship is acknowledged in the Meeting Program Packet and receives a complimentary Exhibitor’s space and two passes to all conference sessions except the banquet. (Banquet tickets may be purchased additionally for $36 each prior to February 28, 2010.) This sponsorship is $1,000.

Additional Promotional Opportunities

In addition to the staffed tables and exhibit space, SPS offers the following options for vendors including those who cannot attend the meeting. If you do not see what you need listed here, please contact the SPS Executive Director.

  • Registration Packet: Add your flyer or other promotional item to a packet that will be handed to each delegate at registration. This will guarantee that every delegate receives your item. Cost is $50. Reserve Registration Insert

  • Common Table: Make promotional material available or display a book on a common table in the exhibit area. SPS will place your promotional item or book along with other materials. Delegates will be able view your book and/or take home a copy of your promotional item while they visit the exhibit area. Display items cannot be returned. Cost is $25 per item.

  • Unstaffed Table: Have an unstaffed passive table or display at the meeting. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Costs will be $150 per table, security cannot be guaranteed, and display items can only be returned if arranged in advance and for an additional charge. General Policies

  • Additional promotional opportunities must be coordinated through the SPS Executive Office. Email at kroebuck@leeuniversity.edu or phone at 413.614.8577 for reservations.

  • Checks should be sent to SPS, PO Box 3802, Cleveland, TN 37320-3802. The check must be received no later than February 15.

  • Remaining copies cannot be returned.

  • Non-profit exhibitors can petition the Director for their promotional items to be displayed at no charge. These requests will be considered on a-case by-case basis and acceptance will depend primarily on space availability and the value of the material to the membership.
